Not a cash sponsor? We also welcome in-kind contributions - products, services, prizes, or equipment that add value to the athlete or spectator experience. All in-kind sponsors receive logo placement and social recognition.

Set Up Shop at Cruel Summer
We're curating a select group of on-site vendors for both competition days. If your brand fits the Cruel Summer community — athletic, hungry, and ready to work — we want you in the room.
Vendor spots are limited. We're prioritizing brands that add genuine value to the athlete and spectator experience. Fill out the form below and we'll be in touch.
- — On-site both days — August 22 & 23
- — Setup begins at 6:30 AM each day
- — Geaux Athletic Club, 13465 S Harrells Ferry Rd, Baton Rouge, LA 70816
- — Front and center placement — maximum visibility with 100+ athletes and spectators all weekend
- — Vendor fee: $250 for both days
- — Limited spots available — first come, first served
- — All vendors subject to approval
